Tip of the Day
Tire rotation & alignment
Tires on the front & back of the vehicle operates under different
types of load, steering & braking conditions resulting in uneven wear
patterns. To gain maximum performance and life from your tires, it is
essential to rotate them periodically.
Each vehicle has a specific wheel alignment range. If the wheel is not
within this range, then steering may become difficult & the tires can
wear out unevenly. This makes them potentially unsafe with return to
low fuel efficiency. Hence you should execute wheel alignment
periodically or when ever your vehicle gets serviced.
The car’s wheels are properly aligned when you can drive in a straight
line, without any input to the steering wheel & without drifting or
pulling to one side. If such variation in a large scale is happening
to the car, then it’s necessary to perform a complete inspection of
the vehicle along with alignment.
