Preparing for the monsoon

 
It’s worthwhile to check & make sure that your car is ready for the monsoon.

Tyres – The tyres must be in good shape & must have enough tread
depth. The tread on the tyres is the single most important thing that
channels the water from underneath to get more grip on the slippery
roads. So, please replace the bald or old tyres.

Lights – Wet roads absorb light & hence visibility suffers to a great
extend. Lights must be checked for brightness & correct position.
Check and make sure that the head, tail and all the blinkers are
working properly.

Wipers – Wipers can loose its charm from all the dust, dirt & oily
fumes from the roads during the summer. This will affect its ability
to keep your windscreen clear during the rains. Check  your wiper
system and replace the blades if necessary.
