Car Battery Care 

Avoid operating things like the headlights, audio system and other electrical when the engine isn't running. If you have installed accessories that require additional power, the car's battery will be sapped of its power in no time by doing so.

Avoid exposing your vehicle to hot situations as much as you can. It will deteriorate a battery's life quicker by evaporating the water from the electrolyte by corroding or weakening the positive grids. Before replacing the battery or if your car faces electrical issues, inspect the electrical system, especially the regulator voltage setting.

While disconnecting a battery, it is extremely important to remove the ground source first. If you remove the positive connector first in a negative ground system, you risk the chance of creating a spark. Make sure that installations of all electrical devices are done professionally so that it doesn't cause the electrical system to malfunction or add unnecessary load on the battery.
