Tyre modification tips

Upsizing the tyres is one of the most followed modification. Here are
a few things to be looked after before doing so.

One must always keep in mind that over sizing always has its
limitations & crossing it will do more harm than good. Wrongly mounted
tyres can have an effect on grip, handling & comfort.

Upsizing has to be done keeping the wheel gap in mind (gap between the
wheel & the arch) & also as per the manufactures recommended
specification bracket. Tyres with a lower sidewall gives a better look
to the vehicle & are also great for handling but by doing so, the
ablity to absorb the road and ride comfort will go for a toss.
Similarly, tyres with high sidewalls are great for comfort but will
compromise high speed handling.

So always do your homework before making the decision, as getting the
wrong tyres is sadly one of the terrible things to do to the vehicle.
