Emergency braking with and without ABS
Hitting the brakes with ABS is a relatively easy process compared to
the non ABS ones. Hit the pedal and you will feel the pulse, & the car
will do what all it can to prevent the wheels from locking up. This
will allows the driver to brake and steer as opposed to non ABS cars
which will lock the wheels. This may be the case, but it’s always
recommended to follow a less aggressive stab on the brakes instead.
Without ABS, the emergency braking will become a bit more complex. The
driver need to quickly & firmly press the pedal, but keeping in mind
that the wheels may lock. In case the brake pressure is high and you
feel that the wheels are locking, then instantly relax the pressure a
bit & then reapply. If the wheels are locked, then the ability to
steer will be affected. This in effect is almost the same thing what
